Delivery Charges

Returns (Not Faulty) 

• You can cancel your order for any reason (exception below) before delivery or within 14 days from receipt of delivery. To return your goods please email returns@fffs.ie for next steps.
• The goods need to be in a re-sellable condition to be refunded.
• Please pack the goods in their original packaging.
• If goods are not returned in original packaging or re-sellable condition we may not be able to provide a full refund. 
• Electrical equipment must not have been powered on. All products must not have been installed.
• We will refund the sales price of the goods purchased and you will recieve a refund within 14 days of comfirmed return. We will not refund the delivery charge for original sale.
• You need to return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of receipt. 

Goods damaged in transit

Please notify us within 1 day of receipt of damaged goods. Email returns@fffs.ie for next steps. 

Faulty Products

All products are covered under manufacturers warranty. This includes faulty products due to manufacturers defect or design error. If a product is faulty please email returns@fffs.ie for next steps.
